At NerdGear, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and customer service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds? If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at: nerdgearofficial@gmail.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at: nerdgearofficial@gmail.com
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items (such as masks, hygiene products, etc.)
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
